Training Cycles

Below are the Training Cycles we will use from December to Short Course Nationals beninning May 14th.   A "four block" week indicates a very intense training week, while a "one block" week indicates more recovery.   However, as shown in the daily training cycles that make up a week, there will still be some challenging swims within a recovery week.
