Weekly Workouts for North Carolina Masters Swimmers

Weekly workouts, including many previous weeks of workouts, are current and available on the USMS Discussion Forums, and they can easily be viewed by clicking on this link and choosing one of the three coaches and specific workout that fits your requirements:

Workouts created for North Carolina Masters Swimmers by Coach Kerry O'Brien came to an end back in May, 2002. This was prior to three sets of workouts being provided by USMS. Coach O'Brien's are excellent workouts and can still be used by anyone with success.   The Kerry O'Brien workouts will remain on the NC Masters web site under the previous week dates workouts heading. Many North Carolina Swimmers appreciated and used Coach Kerry O'Brien's workouts, and our LMSC would like to thank him for providing them to us.

Here is a note from Coach O'Brien:

I want to thank the NC Masters for the opportunity to work with you these past months.   I hope the workouts were helpful in you achieving your goals.   I appreciated your comments and would look forward to a similar relationship in the future if you deemed it worthwhile.   My sincere best wishes for your continued sucess, both individually and as an LMSC.
