2013 NC Long Course Meters Meet - Saturday, August 3rd

Early Bird registration available through June 30 is $25 instead of $30 for regular registration.
Social for the meet is only $15 and you will not have to leave the center to attend. The social will be onsite immediately following the meet in a private room. Should be fun!

Follow the RAM calendar for the most up to date reporting of events.nbsp; The calendar lists all practices, coaching staff, locations, USMS swim meets within a 100 mile radius, and other RAM activities. To get the most use from the calendar go to the link at the bottom of this page and click on the "subscribe to our calendar". &nbsdp;This will take you to a RAM calendar. On the left side of the page, select subscribe using either your Facebook registration or you can select a register option.
When you are registered, you can indicate sessions you plan to attend, you can view who else is attending these events (races,meetings, practices. You can register for special presented at selected events. Example is if you are a runner and you would like to run the Dennys Challenge 5K you can select andpossibly receive a reduction to the run registration. Some activities also provide prizes from sponsors.
