North Carolina Aquatic Masters (NCAM) Swim Team

North Carolina Aquatic Masters is the second largest team in the LMSC for NC. It practices in the Maurice J. Koury Natatorium on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. This pool (along with the warm up pool built in the parking lot) was home to the 1992 USMS Short Course Championships. It is one of the best aquatic centers in the state.

North Carolina Aquatic Masters (NCAM) is a chapter of the large state club, North Carolina Masters Swimming (NCMS). Team members who compete within the state swim for NCAM, and outside the state for NCMS.

Pool Description

The pool is indoors and is 25yds x 50 meters.

Practice Times

5:30am -> 7:00am Mon, Wed, and Fri
12:15pm -> 1:15pm Mon thru Fri
7:00pm -> 8:15pm Mon and Wed
8:00am -> 9:30am Sun

Costs

Registration - $25 for USMS/LMSC fee. You will find registration forms on this web page to register for NCAM. Please make the $25 check to LMSC for NC.
Monthly Charges - $50 per month, or $180 per trimester (4 months).

Pool Location and Directions

The Maurice J. Koury Natatorium is located on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From the US 15-501 bypass, follow the signs to the Dean Smith Center. The Natatorium is the building to the left as you face the "Dean Dome".
