Sue Haugh - Morning practices and Sunday Practice
Sue has a B.S. degree from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Meredith College and is employed full-time with Progress Energy. Sue swam for NC State and preferred distance and Individual Medley. She still has as her favorite events distance freestyles. Sue coaches mornings and Sunday practices. She is a strong believer in technique, keeping the workout upbeat and building endurance. Workouts tend to be imaginative and fun and you will work hard.
Steve Weatherman - mornings, Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday practices
Steve Weatherman is a graduate of Wake Forest University, and swam as an age grouper with the powerful High Point Swim Club. When not coaching on-deck, Steve keeps fit by training with RAM. Steve has an outstanding backstroke and frequently swimmers will witness how almost any stroke given for a workout will resemble the backstroke when he is swimming.
Dan Schad - Tuesday and Thursday evening practices
Dan is a graduate of Cincinnati University in Computer Science where he was team captain of the Bearcats swim team. He grew up in Florida and started swimming competitively as a freshman at Martin County Highschool where he finaled in several events at the Florida state meet. Dan has been involved with masters swimming for many years and has also competed in Triathalons over the last 10 years. His workouts focus on endurance utilizing techniques learned from years of triathalon training and competitive swimming.
