To register, please print out the following form, fill in all parts of the form, read the waiver, and sign stating you agree to the waiver. (Use this application only if you want to join Masters Swimming in North Carolina).

Year 2000 Registration Forms are now available, this form was used for 1999, since the LMSC has raised the fees from $23 to $25, please go to the new forms. Portable Document Format (pdf) forms are available as well as those that are text based.
